These tables can be used in schools, institutions, hospitals and private homes and are all designed to be durable, comfortable and easy to clean.
The design and flexibility of the tables ensures optimal working conditions for the carer as well as a high level of comfort and safety for the user.

Intended use
This product is intended for showering or changing a person who is unable to stand or sit. The person is lying horizontally on the table.
Expected service life is 10 years for institutional use, provided that maintenance is carried out as described in the user manual.
Materials
Construction in powder-laquered stainless steel, canvas cover in PVC-coated polyester (for extra durability), water collection tray in PVC-U and carriage housing in polystyrene.
Ergonomy
The 2000 series shower and changing tables has a low start position, to make transfers to the bench easier, and with washable coated canvas for easy cleaning.
The flexibility of the shower and changing table provides for optimal working conditions for the carer as well as a high level of comfort and safety for the user.
Features
A water collection tray with integrated water outlet prevents water from splashing on carers or the floor. The flexible hose attached to the centre mounted outlet of the water collection tray, can be connected to either an outlet in the floor or on the wall.
The integrated gas cylinders enable the table to be folded out of the way when not in use to maximise floor space in front of the unit.
Electric with wired hand control – the red buttons clearly indicate “Up” and “Down”. The wired hand control comes with a holder for fitting to the wall.
The stretcher of the table is very easy to clean, and the stretcher cover can easily be removed for washing or easy replacement.

When the table is loaded with 200 kg, each mounting bolt supports 26 kg
This product has been tested statically with a load of 500 kg as the IEC 60601-1 standard requires testing with safety factor 2.5.

The product is to be cleaned with hot water or a mild soapy cleaning agent.
Do not use chlorine based, corrosive or abrasive cleaners as it may result in the surface being damaged.

The following cleaning agents have been tested by Pressalit and may be used, as long as they are diluted according to the instructions on the container.

The product must be wiped down with a soft rag wrung out in clear water immediately after cleaning, as some materials may otherwise be discolored and stained, and the surface coating may deteriorate.

Warranty
Pressalit makes a commitment to remedy material and manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the invoicing date. NOTICE If the product is placed in an atmosphere heavy in salt or chloride, the warranty will be reduced from the normal 3 years to 1 year. Salt and chloride have a corrosive effect on the products components and will cause a decrease in the life expectancy of the product.
